 Notable

Brad Rogers and crew are more in the middle of the pack of officials for flags, yards and types of penalties in 2025.  They pay attention to the Offensive Line area, with False Start and Offensive Holding as their two most called penalties by a large margin.  They also flag Unnecessary Roughness, Defensive Holding and Defensive Pass Interference in their top 5, which aligns with most of the Lions' penalty trends.  Chicago also gets impacted, as they have a significant number of false starts and Offensive Holding calls (more so than Lions).  The one benefit is that this crew tends to flag visitors at the 4th highest rate in the league, but the home teams only at the 11th highest rate.
