Mercifully, we are at the end of a very trying season for the Detroit Lions and their fans. What started out with such promise quickly delved into chaos and, frankly, an absolute shit-show from an injury perspective that tanked any chance they had of making a run. Week 18 brings a conclusion to the NFL regular season and with it, no more Thursday or Monday night games. With the College Football Bowl season in full swing, the NFL is set for National games on Saturday and Sunday night only, and both FOX and CBS running double-headers on Sunday afternoon. National games on Saturday (ABC/ESPN) and Sunday (NBC) night will all have playoff implications and will be carried by ESPN/ABC and feature CAR@TB at 4:30pm and then SEA@SF at 8:00 PM.
