Week 16: Steelers – Lions Final Injury Report and Game Designations

Practice day three saw designations, and the Lions making a couple of moves with the Steelers losing several key contributors.

Steelers

Friday: The Steelers will be short-handed at Edge, with both TJ Watt and his backup Nick Herbig both Out, leaving the start to Rookie Jack Sawyer. In addition, their entire lefts die of their OL will be backups, and starting CB Pierre will also miss the game. Everyone else is trending to be in, unless they are a healthy scratch.

Thursday: Steelers went the wrong way, with five players (albeit one for Rest) joining the NP or LP group including four starters. Especially concerning them is their DL and OL, as they have six of those starters banged up to some degree. The big one to keep an eye on id Center Zach Frazier, that would be a blow to middle of their starting OL.

Wednesday: Pittsburgh went with a estimated report coming off MNF appearance and the two big names were Watt as a NP and Rodgers was a FP. Others starters on the list were LT Peat (LP), LG Seumalo (NP), DT Harmon (FP) along with several reserves.

Lions

Friday: Saturday brought news that Christina Mahogany was activated, but Kerby Joesph was finally put on IR. Manu will also join Kerby on the sidelines, with a good chance that Glasgow, and Colon may also be sitting out based on elevation of Kingsley. Everyone else, inducing Amik possibly a club, will be good to go.

Thursday: Thursday brought news that Graham Glasgow was a NP oat practice for a Knee injury that wasn't known about yesterday. Something to keep an eye on for Sunday. Decker and Vaki both were elevated participants, with Decker LP and Vaki FP today, while the rest of the folks retained their designations from yesterday. Everyone seems to be trending to play except Kerby Joseph and possibly Graham Glasgow.

Wednesday: The Lions provided and estimated Practice Report for today and both Decker and joseph would have been NP while resting their injuries. Four players were listed as LP, including Giovanni Manu who has had his clock restarted for IR return, Colon, Amik and Vaki, who are all nursing injuries. Also listed were Thomas Harper, Mahogany and Awosika as FP, which is great news for the OL and Safety starters and depth.
