Monday Morning Rundown: 09/07/26

Welcome to The Grey Manes Monday Morning Rundown, a collection of news and notes form the prior week that impact the Lions, the NFL or whatever else catches my eye.
Amon-Ra St. Brown Limited Edition red Bull Can
Lions Players, Coaches and Team
Brad Holmes and Ray Agnew had their Season Opening Press Conference last week, dropping a few nuggets, but largely not saying a whole lot
Amon-ra St. Brown is getting a limited-edition red Bull can available only in Michigan
The lions are the 7th youngest team in the NFL by average team age
The Detroit Lions new president and CEO Richard Haddad began his new role on 9/1, with Rod Wood staying through October to help with transition
Lions held their Food and Beverage Preview Day with the Media last week
The Lions waived C Seth McLaughlin and RB Jabari Small without injury designations last week and while neither has been claimed, the Lions have not signed either to the Practice Squad or back-filled those two spots on the active 53-man roster as of Monday Morning.
The Lions were still sitting at ~$3.2M over the Cap as of Monday morning, so Holmes will likely reach out to either Alim Mcneil's or Penei Sewell's agents to restructure deals so he can have his usual $15M or so that he like sot have during the season.
Rumors, Nuggets and Speculation

In a not so unexpected development, the Vikings are bringing back S Harrison Smith once again
